For years now I have kept the mantra that I must take care of myself in order to take care of my people. In 2022 I lost that, especially the last six months of the year as I faced numerous hardships and curveballs, including not having a working kitchen for a large chunk of time. I wasn’t caring for myself well. Things are back in place now and it’s time to get back to “self care”.
Our miracles are 10! From the NICU to now they never cease to amaze us and bring joy to our lives each and every day. Keep reaching for the stars loves!
